Her fitness transformation has surprised many, and her coach Tridev Pandey recently explained how she transformed her body through three months of hard work. The fitness coach recently took to his IG handle, to reveal how Sanya achieved her body transformation through three months of focused work, and learning new skills instead of focusing on weight loss numbers.Setting small goals over three monthsSanya started her weight loss journey at 56 kilograms, prior to the movie, according to Tridev. The team established a practical three-month timeframe instead of pursuing immediate weight reduction. The training plan focused on two main objectives, which included weight reduction and fat reduction, and simultaneous development of movement abilities and strength enhancement. The method of setting achievable targets maintained high motivation levels for the actress while producing continuous advancement without feeling stressed.Fitness progress requires patients who establish achievable targets instead of rushing through their training. Tridev added, “We’ve been training together for 8 years, and for many roles where sometimes she needs to gain weight and lose weight and come out stronger every time. But for this role, we pushed boundaries and trained with a different approach and because of her dedication and motivation, we achieved exactly what was needed.”Developing new abilitiesTridev demonstrated through his training program that skill development stands as a vital element for success. Sanya started her training by mastering pull-ups, along with toe push-ups and full range-of-motion exercises and handstands in addition to pull-ups.Fitness training under this system develops into an active learning process instead of remaining a fixed target. Sanya achieved functional fitness through her training of movements, which enhanced her strength and balance, and mobility. Tridev explained that weight loss obsession in the world leads people to overlook the value of learning new fitness skills, which produce better results that last longer. In the video shared by Tridev, Sanya is seen executing push-ups, supported handstands, and pull-ups with confidence, which proves her body developed strength and agility throughout the three months. The different exercises in the program help prevent fitness boredom and burnout, which makes exercise more enjoyable for users.Home-made mealsSanya achieved her fitness goals through eating mostly basic home-cooked, aka “ghar ka khaana.” Nutrition specialists agree that eating home-prepared meals with proper nutrients creates a healthy and enduring method to support the body’s needs.Sanya achieved both fat reduction and muscle growth through her diet, which focused on basic wholesome foods, instead of following fad diets or restrictive eating plans. The approach demonstrates that exercise and proper nutrition create the essential base for achieving long-term fitness results.Strength and movementThe core elements of Sanya’s transformation included strength training and developing her movement abilities. The combination of pull-ups and handstands works on various muscle groups while enhancing endurance and strengthening core stability. The focus on building strength and mobility protects against the typical mistake of concentrating only on weight reduction numbers, because it helps prevent muscle deterioration and weakens overall fitness. The development of strength through exercise enhances metabolic rate and protects joints while improving body posture.
