The 35-year-old pop superstar, who had been in Kansas City for a while to support her fiancé, Travis Kelce, during his games in the city, was spotted getting dinner at Chez Margaux on October 30, with her longtime friend, Ashley Avignone.
The Fate of Ophelia hitmaker donned a fall-themed outfit for the outing, with a brown sweater minidress, under a leather bomber jacket, knee-high suede boots, and a matching designer bag.
While the 14-time-Grammy winner stunned the onlookers, Swifties went deeper into the sudden trip to the Big Apple, trying to guess the reason.
“Imagine she goes to the short n spooky tour tonight,” mused a fan, referring to Sabrina Carpenter’s Halloween special show.
Another echoed, “oh she is so getting arrested at short n spooky tour tonight,” and “OMG SABRINA SHES TGE [sic] JUNO ARREST.”
A third chimed in, “SHES IN NYC FOR SHORT N SPOOKY,” while one Swiftie ominously left, “sth major is about to happen soon,” in the replies.
